Mr. Azaklı was born in 1977 in Ordu, Türkiye. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ordu, he graduated third in his class from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University on 12 June 1998. He began his judicial traineeship as a candidate judge in Ordu on 12 May 1999, and upon its completion, he was appointed by lot as a judge to the Çameli district of Denizli in 2001.
Following his service as a judge in the districts of İdil in Şırnak and Maçka in Trabzon, he served as a rapporteur-judge at the 11th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation from 2010 to 2012.
He earned his Master’s degree in 2002 from the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Marmara University, with a thesis titled “Compensation for Losses to Goods due to Non-Contractual Liability.” Between 2007 and 2009, he received English language training at the University of Illinois and Parkland College in the United States. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Kırıkkale University. On 11 October 2012, he was assigned as a rapporteur-judge at the Constitutional Court of Türkiye. He was subsequently assigned as Chief Rapporteur-Judge of Commissions on 11 November 2015, Deputy Secretary General of the Constitutional Court on 6 September 2017, and as Secretary General on 3 May 2024.
