The Portuguese Ombudsman José Francisco de Faria Costa and the Deputy Ombudsman Jorge Manuel de Miranda Natividade Lacop rendered a visit to Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey, on 9 February 2016. The Chief Ombudsman M. Nihat Ömeroğlu and the Ombudsman Mehmet Elkatmış also attended the meeting.
