The Chairman of Council of Constitutional Inquiry of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Mr. Tegene Getaneh and the accompanying delegation paid a study visit to our Court on 14-19 November 2015.

The delegation, attanding the dinner hosted by Vice-President of the Constitutional Court Mr. Burhan ÜSTÜN within the scope of the visit, joined the tour in Ankara the following day.

The guest delegation was received by the President of Constitutional Court Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN on 16 November 2015; afterwards, the Court building was introduced to the delegation. During the meetings, mutual exchange of information and views took place between the delegations through detailed explanation on the structure, duties, powers and functions of both Constitutional institutions. A number of visits were also paid to High Judiciary Organs within this scope.

Following the social programme organised in Istanbul on 18-19 November 2015, members of the delegation returned to Ethiopia.
