The delegation consisting of Judges of the Constitutional Court Mr. Celal Mümtaz AKINCI and Muammer TOPAL, Rapporteur Judge Mr. Hasan SARAÇ paid a study visit to Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan, on 01-04 October 2015 to participate in the international conference themed “Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms by the Constitutional Court through Individual Application”, organized by the Constitutional Court of Republic of Azerbaijan.

Mr. Celal Mümtaz AKINCI delivered the presentation titled “Individual Application in Turkey in the Third Year” in the conference which began on 02 October 2015.

The delegation departed for Turkey on 04 October 2015.
