Mr. Nils Muižnieks, the Commissioner for Human Rights of Council of Europe, and the accompanying delegation, having been in Turkey for a study visit between 6-13 April 2016, paid a visit to Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey, on 12 April 2016.
