President of the Constitutional Court Mr. Kadir Özkaya participated in the judicial year opening ceremony in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on 16 September 2024.

President Özkaya paid a visit to the President of TRNC Mr. Ersin Tatar in his office following the judicial year opening ceremony. President Özkaya also paid a visit to the TRNC Supreme Court and extended his best wishes for a successful and productive judicial year to the President of the TRNC Supreme Court, Mr. Bertan Özerdağ.

As part of his visit to TRNC, President Özkaya also attended the programme held at the Embassy’s residence and met with Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Nicosia, Mr. Yasin Ekrem Serim.
