The Delegation consisting of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Zühtü ARSLAN, Member Judge of the Constitutional Court Mr. Muammer TOPAL and Chief Rapporteur-Judge Mr. Muharrem İlhan KOÇ participated in the Opening Ceremony and international conference of the European Court of Human Rights, organized on 29 January 2016 in Strasbourg.

During the visit, bilateral meetings were held with the President of the European Court of Human Rights Mr. Guido RAIMONDI and Vice-President Mrs. Ayşe Işıl KARAKAŞ.
