Formal Requirements for Application

Individual applications must be lodged with an Individual Application Form or a petition containing all information required to be specified in the application form and with an identical format. An individual application can be lodged either directly to the Constitutional Court or by means of other courts or Turkish representations abroad. Application via mail, telegraph or electronic communication means is not allowed.
