Individual Application
Exhaustion of Remedies
Anyone who claims that any of his/her fundamental constitutional rights was violated is first required to use other administrative and judicial mechanisms that primarily have competence in this area and in case of failure in finding a solution at this point, can bring his/her claim to the Constitutional Court. Therefore, before resorting to this remedy, individuals are obliged to exhaust “all administrative and judicial remedies prescribed by law” for a procedure, act or neglect that are claimed to cause violation.
